Deptford Goth perplexed earlier this year with Life After Defo - today sees the announcement of a proper debut album (out early 2013 on Merok), which is surely going to bring us in higher spirits by the sounds of new single UNION. “I belong with everyone / everyone I’ve ever known is here with me” sings the London singer whilst he wanders across the fields with some balloons, which highly contrast the sad tone of the stunning song.

The first visual treatment for a S O H N song is for his lush The Wheel and features found footage in which “the interplay between industry and nature” is being explored. The 12” is out now via Aesop, hopefully the first of many releases as we are big fans of S O H N’s unique sound.
