Nabil Elderkin gained worldwide praise for his video for Bon Iver’s Holocene - today his video for their Towers was unveiled, which pictures an older man carrying a huge dreamcatcher into the woods before paddling out to sea.
These amazing double exposure images are actually paintings. I know right? They were done by artist Pakayla Beihn. Go have a look at her site for more superrealist works and some interesting and beautiful installations.

I’m a sucker for landscape photography, so coming across Simon Harsent’s work had me really excited and blown away. I spent about 4 hours (not kidding) browsing his site and various projects. Here are a select few, some of my favourites, from his collection. (Thanks to this isn’t happiness for the link)

The next few are a part of his MELT: A portrait of an iceberg series.

This beautiful series of landscapes are the works of Canadian photographer Benoit Paillé. These unusual scenes were created by Benoit placing light installations in snowy nighttime landscapes and shooting long exposures.
“I hate lanscape. So i decide to stage my own vision of lanscape. I create an art light installation for poetic space/time purpose.” - Benoit Paillé

Have a look at his Flickr feed for more stunning work. I’ll most likely post one of his portrait series soon. His work is inspiring.
Zhang Wen who’s also known as MENZ is a Beijing-based illustrator and I really love these illustrations by her. Take a look at the source link for more of her work. She is also a member of the famed Special Comix Chinese comic book collective.
